Update of a sorts in the Bruce & Nancy Murder. . . . . .

Oddities in the Nancy Schaefer “Suicide” Case

By Garland Favorito - Infowars.com

On Friday, former Senator Nancy Schaefer and her husband were found dead in their home in Habersham County. Even before a GBI investigation could be initiated, media outlets began pronouncing that their death was a “murder-suicide” and shut off most public comment posting on their web sites.

The “murder suicide” theory implies that Sen. Schaefer’s husband shot her and then killed himself (or vice versa). Both Habersham County and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation began investigating the case as a “murder suicide” rather than the more obvious “murder made to look like suicide”.

Like so many people, I have known former Sen. Nancy Schaefer for 15 years and spoken to several people who know her better than I do. They believe that the “murder suicide” theory is highly unlikely for any one of the following reasons:

1. It is totally against Nancy Schaefer’s consistently strong commitment to the sanctity of life principles that she has fought so valiantly to uphold;
2. Nancy and her husband, Bruce, have five children and more than a dozen grandchildren who they would not choose to leave behind so abruptly;
3. Bruce’s problem with cancer was corrected and under control so there was no reason to end his life as one senator tried to imply;
4. Nancy or Bruce would not likely agree to commit such an act that violates the fundamental principles of their Christian faith;
5. Bruce was retired and the couple did not appear to be in any type of dire financial crisis that would lead them to commit such acts;
6. Bruce and Nancy knew that her sister who had Alzheimer’s disease needed her to help take care of her;
7. Friends who knew the couple best state that Bruce would simply not have the capability to kill his wife;
8. Nancy was dedicated, as a national leader, to help needy people overcome abuse within Child Protective Services organizations;
9. Nancy was actively exposing corruption within the Department of Family & Child Services (DFCS) including actions by the DFCS director in the county where she lived.
10. Nancy knew that she was needed in the fight against child sex slave trafficking in Atlanta which has one of the highest activity rates in the country;
11. Bruce was highly supportive of Nancy’s work for decades and would have little or no reason to suddenly try to kill her at such a critical juncture in her career.
Specifically in Georgia, former Senator Nancy Schaefer had found during the last few years that:
- in Georgia housed children in a foster home with a known pedophile who molested the children.
- in Habersham County failed to remove six children from a home where they are being abused and tortured.
- in Georgia turned two girls over to a California father who had a pornographic video business.

Twist in Schaefer Murder-Suicide

By
Jon Lewis
March 30, 2010

(WSB Radio/AP) Investigators with the GBI and the Habersham County Sheriff's Department can't find any evidence that the husband of former State Senator Nancy Schaefer was suffering from a terminal illness when he [allegedly] shot her in the back and then killed himself in their Clarksville home.

Sheriff Terrell said;  "had seen nothing so far that establishes a clear motive."

CPS Warrior Nancy Schaefer Gunned Down

The corporate media does not bother to mention that Schaefer exposed the abuses of CPS and the international child sex slavery ring.

Other reports indicate Bruce Schaefer shot himself in the chest. People who commit suicide usually shoot themselves in the head.

Nancy Schaefer and Husband Dead CPS Corruption

After her work against the “system” exposing the corruption and actively bringing awareness to the Public about CPS and how they kidnap children for money, the Great Nancy Schaefer is gone. The reports state it was an apparent “Murder-Suicide” however, those who know her seriously doubt it. We the People will mourn the great loss of such a great woman and all the work she has put into making America the land of the free, with her being the brave.

CNN. . . Either they are liars or total incompetents. . . . . Or both. . . . .Search Light Rally accurately reported by CNN. Dozens of patriots. Yup, dats good reportin'!

Sarah Palin Search Light Rally.    CNN says dozens attended.  Well technically they are right or should I say correct.   More accurately tens of dozens or perhaps multiples of hundreds.   Pics are worth a dozen words. . .

Looks like dozens to me.

This photo was taken at 1:35 p.m. More than an hour and a half after the rally started people were lining the highway trying to get in.

Yup. . .  dozens.

Hey,  there's at least a dozen campers and RVs here.

At least a dozen automobiles here. . .

At least a dozen here.

Yup,  CNN really has it Right or is that Left.

CNN once again makes the case for putting math skills on the employment application.

Should you be watching CNN?  I think not, unless you are a sheep or left your brain under the bed.   Keep up the good work CNN.   Maybe they'll create a new even lower category for you at the Nielsen Company.  Put some Orwellian spin on just how bad you are.   Maybe they could have ratings just for second class news channels.

Still more lies and damn lies. . . . .

As officials said Friday night, former state Sen. Nancy Schaefer and her husband Bruce Schaefer of Habersham County apparently died as a result of a murder/suicide.

Reading from a statement about to be released, Sheriff Joey Terrell said, “The ongoing investigation by the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office and the GBI into the deaths of Nancy and Bruce Schaefer indicate that Bruce Schaefer shot his wife once then turned the gun on himself.”
Family members discovered the couple’s bodies in the bedroom of their home in The Orchard near Turnerville shortly before 6 p.m. Friday.

Terrell said a handgun was found near the body of Bruce Schaefer and that several letters written by him to family members were found in the home, including a suicide note.

Autopsies conducted by a GBI medical examiner today “determined that Mrs. Schaefer died from a single gunshot wound to the back and Mr. Schaefer died from a single gunshot wound to the chest. The investigation so far and the autopsy results have not uncovered any evidence to incident it is anything other than a murder/suicide.”

Law enforcement officials believe Nancy Schaefer was asleep when she was shot, likely on Friday morning, Terrell said.

So. . . .   Mrs. Schaefer was. . .  what? . . . . sleeping and was shot in the back by her husband who then turned the gun on himself and shot himself in the chest?   OK,  Yeah,  that sounds plausible.    Would you give me a break?

I'm sure that's what happened.

March 4, 2008
Senator Nancy Schaefer announces today, March 4, 2008 that she will not seek re-election of her 50th Senatorial District Senate seat in 2008.

Senator Schaefer plans to qualify to run for the U.S. Congress in the 10th Congressional District of Georgia.

Eight of these counties make up the 50th Senatorial District that Senator Schaefer has represented for the past four years.

State Senator Nancy Schaefer was the Founder and President of Family Concerns, Inc., (1985-present) a non-profit organization located in Georgia. Family Concerns Inc. was created for the purpose of strengthening and protecting the family through local, state, national and international policy, and through the education of citizens and leaders in the vital importance of obeying God’s moral law in our society and in our culture. She was also the Founder and President of two Family Concerns Pregnancy Centers in Atlanta, Georgia from (1988-1998), which met the needs of over 5,000 girls and women in the Atlanta area.

Mrs. Schaefer has been a host of several radio shows in the Atlanta area and the author of daily commentaries over WRAF, WEPC, and WTFH in Toccoa, Georgia.

Mrs. Schaefer is  on the cutting edge of how to take the family back from what she calles the "social gestapo" made up of judges, caseworkers, court appointed attorneys, investigators, guardian ad litems, psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, and more.
Nancy Schaefer will call for the  immediate reform of  State and Federal policies and the abolishing of Federal and State financial incentives that use taxpayer dollars to separate families for money.
This essentially means that CPS or Child Protective Services get paid a lot of money from the federal and state government each time they remove a child from his or her parents home and place them in foster care.   This, in most states, can be done on an anonymous witness's claim or tip.  They take your child till they have proven or disprove the claim.   Or the claim could have just been fabricated by dishonest CPS /ACORN style workers to insure they line their departments pockets, ensuring job security for the CPS worker.

I think this is what a real detective might call motive. . . . .
^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

This is not some Nancy Peloser, liberal hack.   Nancy Schaefer was a genuine, kind,caring person.  You can see it in her face and by her actions.  Her life was a testament to how we should really be.   She stood up and was slain.   In my opinion,  this was no murder suicide regardless of what ever the pre-paid finding is.   This was put to rest waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to quickly.

This is the beginning.   These people were murdered for taking a stand against the government.   We should be outraged and in the streets.   The lies and corruption we have witnessed here are past bearing.   They would not have done this and left their children,  their congregation and their love for each other.  No way, no how.  I smell rat.

If people want to be stupid enough to believe this crap,  they might as well believe in the man behind the curtain in the Wizard of OZ.

It is far more believable that their hand was forced through threats on their children,  their hands were forced to write the alleged suicide letters due to threats of violence upon their children.

Just a curious thing to me.  I find it waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to convenient.    Seems like a grand coincident, or is it just me?   Hmmmmm. . . . . .

THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK

March 27, 2010 Posted by John at 2:08 PM
We wrote here about the consequences of Obamacare that are beginning to be felt, even before its provisions are implemented: Caterpillar said Obamacare will cost it an additional $100 million in the first year; Medtronic warned that the new tax on its products "could force it to lay off a thousand workers;" Verizon told its employees that it "will likely have to cut healthcare benefits to offset the new costs;" and AT&T announced that it will record a $1 billion non-cash expense in the first quarter and "will be evaluating prospective changes to the active and retiree health care benefits offered by the company."
These announcements are the tip of the iceberg; hundreds like them will follow as Obamacare becomes a reality. Congressional Democrats, evidently stung by the bad publicity, are trying to strike back. A reader writes:
Good post on the true cost of ObamaCare. But it gets better: the Dems are now shaking down CEOs who don't get with the program. In the attached letter, Henry Waxman not only orders the CEOs of AT&T, Caterpillar, Deere & Co, and Verizon to testify before the Energy and Commerce Committee, but also to produce internal analyses and emails related to their statements. They don't expressly subpoena the CEOs, so we can hope that they tell the Dems to GFY, though somehow I doubt that will happen.
The Dems sent these letters to the Republicans on the committee after 6pm tonight with no advance notice or prior cooperation.
Here is the letter Waxman sent to the Chairman of AT&T; the others are similar. Click to enlarge:

ATTpageone.jpgATTPagetwo.jpg

In my original post, I wondered why these companies had not spoken out sooner, when it could have done some good. I suppose this is the answer: they know how vindictive the Democrats are. The Democrats' reaction would have been even more hostile (and more dangerous to the companies' well-being) if they had dared to blow the whistle on Obamacare before Congress voted.

This is getting very dark.   The last days of the empire.

Another kick in the teeth from our Libtard Gov. in Wisconsin. . . . .

WI Governor to AG: Permission denied

POSTED AT 11:20 AM ON MARCH 27, 2010 BY ED MORRISSEY

Like many other state Attorneys General, Wisconsin AG J.B. Van Hollen wanted to file suit to prevent the federal encroachment of the ObamaCare individual mandate.  Unlike other states, the AG in Wisconsin needs permission from the Governor or the state legislature to proceed in such an action.  In an exclusive interview this week, Van Hollen told me that Governor Jim Doyle had always approved such actions regarding the protection of state and individual sovereignty — and that in one case, Doyle requested action from Van Hollen before the AG had a chance to request it.
March 25, 2010
Dear Attorney General Van Hollen:
I have received your request for permission to file an action to contest national health insurance reform. I am denying that request.
This law is an act of Congress, signed by the President of the United States. The lawsuit you suggest is a frivolous and political attempt to thwart the actions of Congress and the law of the country.
National health insurance reform will extend coverage to more than 172,000 Wisconsin residents and will benefit families and small businesses throughout the state.
This year, small business owners will receive tax credits to buy health insurance. Insurance companies will no longer be able to deny coverage to American children because of a pre-existing condition; nor will they be able to drop someone’s coverage when they get sick and need it the most.
This law enhances the actions taken by my Administration to make Wisconsin America’s health care leader.
The State of Wisconsin will not enter into litigation intended to deny health care for tens of thousands of residents.
Sincerely,
Jim Doyle
Governor

Doyle repeats the absurdity that the opposition to ObamaCare, and especially its mandates, are “intended to deny health care” for anyone. It has nothing to do with health care but who pays for insurance coverage. Anyone with the means to purchase health care can get it — and those without means can also get it, although certainly not in the most efficient manner.

Furthermore, Wisconsin always had the authority to expand its own state-based Medicaid system to include the 172,000 Wisconsin residents that Doyle uses as human shields in this missive. Why didn’t Doyle and the state legislature act to do so? They wouldn’t get subsidies from the rest of the United States if they expanded their systems on their own, that’s why. Instead of Wisconsin residents paying for Wisconsin’s system, now everyone has to subsidize it. And if Doyle and the Democrats running the state legislature had attempted to expand the system, necessarily passing the massive taxes to fund it at the same time, the Democrats would have found themselves out of power in one or two election cycles.

This is a pusillanimous attempt by Doyle to pass the Wisconsin buck to the taxpayers of the rest of the country, and to stop Van Hollen from making it obvious. Fortunately, Doyle is retiring this year, and Wisconsin voters have an opportunity to replace him with someone a little more interested in keeping Congress from usurping powers of the states and property rights of individuals. The next Governor may be a lot more inclined to grant Van Hollen authorization to proceed in court against this Congressional overreach. Van Hollen can also get the legislature to approve his request, but considering that both chambers are run by Democrats, that will probably also take an election to resolve.

Who is this clown trying to kid. . . . .

Former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan, who has issued near mea culpas in the past few months about his role in the financial crisis, still believes that it was essentially an unpredictable, rogue event.

"I look back at our monetary policies as I see it could have gone wrong, it didn't. The problem, as best I can judge on the fairly detailed analysis of the evidence, is that the roots of that crisis are very broad and geopolitical going back to the end of the Cold War and the massive changes in flows of finances that brought long-term, real interest rates down. And the consequences of that created a major expansion in capitalized values for real estate, especially residential real estate, across the globe. Certain aspects of monetary policy probably had some effect."

How 'bout we call a spade a spade.

Fraud,  back-door deals with congress for laws that made this possible,  fraud,  outright lying on the books of every bank in the country,  encouraged by everyone, fraud!    Oh,  in case you missed it,  Fraud!  Crazy sombitches getting in waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over their collective heads and lying about income comenserate with obligations.  Fraud.     Residential and commercial real estate over valued for years by banks.  Fraud!!!

Hey,  did I mention Fraud?

So what is this double speak bullshit oozing out of Greenspans yap?     our monetary policies [as] I see it could have gone wrong?  Are you freakin' kiddin' me?  Reeeeheeeheeeeheeeeheeeely. . . . .   You know what my response is?   How 'bout DUH!

Withdraw Your Consent

From Sipsey Street:

An Open Letter to All Tea Party Activists.
(With a request to spread it far and wide.)

The Tea Party concept has caught fire and swept the country, culminating in the September 12th March on Washington. Yet where do we go from here? The GOP, using the convenient cutout of Dick Armey's organization is trying to bend this powerful popular movement and channel it into the same old losing political dynamic. Let's face it, the GOP is at least half of the reason we are in the fix that we are in.

Yet here they are, acting like the guy who figured he had the right to run the train forever, who found himself left at the platform by the passengers who got tired of waiting for him to get off his dead butt. He is now trying to parachute into the engineer's seat in the locomotive to take his "rightful" place as the train boss. As long as the GOP feels it can count on our votes for lack of a credible alternative they will continue to act with arrogance toward us and with the same cravenly stupidity toward the Dems.

For their part, the Democrat Party tries to delegitimize us by calling us "GOP astroturf" and pawns of the RNC. There is a solution that will answer both these problems.

Vote with our feet.

That's right. Withdraw from the GOP by marching down to the registrar's office and changing our party affiliation from Elephant to independent. The national GOP has presumed to act in our name on everything from amnesty for illegals to education bills written by Teddy Kennedy to growing government and the deficit.

Well, why don't we publicly and loudly WITHDRAW OUR PERMISSION?

The GOP will not change until we give them good reason to. Let us give them that reason. Go down tomorrow and withdraw your previous permission to them to act in your name. If they want our permission back in time for the next election, they will have to earn it. Again, they will not change until we give them a darn good reason to do so by voting with our feet.

So, let us get their attention.

Let us refuse to cooperate in our own oppression.

Let us withdraw our permission.

Respectfully,

Pro Bono Publico
A Member of the Alabama Tea Party

Q: What do you have when you sink 100 politicians up to their lower lips in raw sewage?

A: A good start.

How's this for hope and change. . . . .

Obama has said that there would be no "material" impact to finances until 2014.

Truth: Caterpillar and John Deere already announced non-cash charges of $100 and $150 million, respectively, for this year based upon the impact of this bill on forward retiree health care costs.

But today a 100-kiloton device landed on AT&T's (NYSE: T) balance sheet - they announced a one billion dollar non-cash charge:

This doesn't even take into account current employees.   Wait till that hits.

Hope you've got your bets hedged and your fall back plan in place cause this stock market is going to get dicey.   These are just the companies that weren't asleep at the wheel.   The rest will be along shortly.

Read the whole story here at The Market Ticker.

Update:

The charge is the largest disclosed so far. Earlier this week, AK Steel Corp., Caterpillar Inc., Deere & Co. and Valero Energy announced similar accounting charges, saying the health care law that President Barack Obama signed Tuesday will raise their expenses. On Friday, 3M Co. said it will also take a charge of $85 million to $90 million.

Welcome to a 40% tax on your medicine cabinet.

Begins 2011 but could be sooner.

This just keeps getting better and better.   OTC drugs just got a lot more expensive.

one of the first things millions of Americans will “see” is an effective 40 percent tax hike on the over-the-counter medicines – from an antihistamine such as Claritin for allergies, pain relief medicine such as Tylenol or Excedrin, Pedialyte to prevent their kids from becoming dehydrated when they are sick, and even prenatal vitamins if they are expecting another one.
All of these items have two things in common.  One is that they are classified as “over the counter” (OTC) medicines and available without a doctor’s prescription. The other is that if you pay for any of these items with money in your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) – and according to this guide from FSA administrator Benesyst , all of these are eligible expenses  — you will face an effective tax increase of up to 40 percent on these items in the health care bill that President Obama recently signed.
The bill restricts individuals with these pre-tax accounts to buying a “medicine or drug only if such medicine or drug is a prescribed” one. And ironically, this tax that will raise health care costs substantially by creating incentives for the use of more expensive prescription drugs even when OTC drugs are just as safe and effective.
