SEIU's Stern to Deficit Panel




SEIU President Andy Stern

President Obama's decision to appoint his close political ally, union leader Andrew Stern, to the newly created National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform has set off a firestorm of criticism from business and conservative groups who charge he is a political radical who should be investigated for failure to register as a lobbyist.

Yeah,  The same guy who's thugs beat up Tea Party participants and tried to influence voters in a not so nice way.  Yeah,  that guy.      That not withstanding,  who in their right mind would put a union president in the position of Deficit oversight.    I mean,  come on. . . .

So now we are witness to the first new government-led American economic plan. Led by government, not the evil private sector. Huh. This sounds eerily similar to the old Soviet 5-year plans. Central planning, anyone? Remember, it was our own president who referred to the private sector as "the enemy." If this doesn’t scare the hell out of you, you are not paying attention.


What The? SEIU Boss Andy Stern On A Deficit Reduction Panel?

President Obama has named radical Service Employees International Union president Andy Stern, a hardcore 1960s leftist trained as an Alinskyite community organizer, to a federal deficit reduction panel.   Putting Stern on the panel “sends a clear message that the White House is not serious about htis commission,” said Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-N.C.), a member of the House Budget Committee. “It’s irresponsible.”

 So,  how's that hopey changey thing workin' out not for ya?
