THIS IS IMPORTANT!
In a unanimous decision, the high court sided with Senate Republicans and limited the president's power to fill high-level vacancies with temporary appointments.
This means all the decisions rendered from that point forward are void ab-inito as the NLRB lacked a valid quorum during that entire period and thus could not legally conduct business.
Look forward to a flood of filings demanding declaratory judgments setting aside every actions the board has taken in the interim, all of which by black-letter law must be granted.
