To begin with, US congress has noauthority to regulate, ban, restrict, etc firearms in any way. Sorry- the Constitution did not delegate to them any powers in thisregard. Secondly, congress has very little authority in the firstplace to make sweeping legislation that effects us.
Few states exercise their sovereignty, though, because thefederal government has them all by the short and curlies in somany ways. Not to mention - the bankers with the purse stringswork with the federal government...
A very astute observation. The founders were prescient in their
belief that if the banks gained a foothold, our young republic
would be in peril.
Time is the measure of all prognostications and as it happens,
they were correct and sadly, their grave and dire warnings were
not heeded. Because of greed, the exact opposite; in fact,
occured.
Legislators came to drink of the intoxicating elixir of wealth and
privilage the banksters offered for concessions. The very same
concessions that have carried us to the precipice. That evidence
is all about us today. We were herded into a state of compliance
due in whole and part to the constant struggle to make the
payments. To make a living.
Over time, second, third jobs. New cars with new car
payments. New houses. New house payments. No curtains on
the windows or furniture to speak of but a new house. Particle
board reigns supreme.
When the economy is crafted to keep your mind and body busy
with survival and all you can do is clean the garage on Saturday,
maybe toss a line in the water on Sunday. . . All he while, trying
to push the stress and strain of the payments out of your mind
for just a few brief moments. . . Well, you get the picture.
Slaves.
No time for anything else. Once you are on the hook to the
banksters for your home and car and education, you are hooked
for good. Bernanke, Volker; both ex chairmen of the Federal
Reserve bank, a private concern mainly owned by foreign
nationals. Friend of the banksters world wide. No holding the
reigns of our government. Nice.
Of further concern is the ever present influence of George Soros
in American Politics whose main agenda is to increase his wealth
and disarm American Citizens.
The examples of increased crime and fascist governments among
the disarmed peoples of the world should be enough for anyone
to take a stand, if not for today, then for tomorrow and your
children.
Are you raising slaves? What most people are not doing is
putting the whole picture together. The coming economic crisis
will make what we just went through seem like a little down turn
in the economy.
Many more, Many more will lose there homes this year.
Business owners will lose their businesses both because of the
strained economy and because the commercial mortgage
mountain is about to fall.
Unemployment is at an all time high. This is not waning. They
magic accounting of the government is no longer hiding the real
numbers for unemployment or the unsustainable debt we are
now saddled with. The dollar is in a struggle for it's life,
Commodities etf markets are rife with fraud, there is a lot more.
This pile is about to fall and we will be the ones buried by it.
The fellow who reckoned he had a family to take care of should
wonder what life will be like for him and his family if they do in
fact take his guns. Gun owners are free citizens, Slaves may
not own a means to defend themselves.
