FREEDOM & LIBERTY is for EVERYONE!!!. . . . .

Folks from all over the world have accessed this site. The desire to be free of the shackles of fascism, socialism, communism and progressivism are universal. Folks just want to live their lives and be left alone... Dammit!

"People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think. Don't run. Don't walk. We're in their homes, and in their heads, and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome." River Tam referring to the government.

Not Politically Correct. . .

"Be not intimidated...
nor suffer yourselves to be wheedled out of your liberties by any pretense of politeness, delicacy, or decency.
These, as they are often used, are but three different names for hypocrisy, chicanery and cowardice."
- John Adams

Abraham Lincoln

To quote Jack Donovan’s Violence is Golden: ‘Without action, words are just words. Without violence, laws are just words. Violence isn’t the only answer, but it is the final answer.’

In a world gone mad we are the villains. We wield the truth and the light. In the end we will only be answerable to ourselves and our God. If we win then we inherit the earth, if we lose we get to Heaven.

HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009

Whoa Horsey!!!

This is kind of old news but I had a few things to say.

I was sorting things out and found this in my alert box and it is still a doosey.

Sneaky little bastards.

HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009

We must let our elected representatives know just how onerous this bill is. They kept this one very low profile and for good reason. Read the full text here at the Library of Congress:

H.R.45:

The 411 on this bill; It would make it illegal to own a firearm, any rifle with a magazine or clip or ANY pistol unless:

>It is registered

>You are fingerprinted

>You supply a current Driver's License

>You supply your Social Security #

>You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing

>Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25

>Failure to do so and you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

There is a child provision clause on page 16, section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.

The Government would have the right to come into your home and inspect that you are storing your gun safely from children and is punishable for up to 5-years in prison.

Peter Boyles is ON this. Listen to him on KHOW 630 AM, in Denver , CO , in the mornings. You can hear him also on the Internet at: http://tinyurl.com/bnp2gs. He suggests the best way to fight this is to tell all your friends about it and "spring into action". Also he suggests we all join a pro-gun group like the Colorado Rifle Association, hunting associations, gun clubs, and
especially the NRA.

This is one to act on whether you own a gun or not. The man promised change and here it comes.

Pay attention people. Here it comes. This is just the first salvo in a long line of relentless bombardments on the 2nd Amendment. This is; after all, for your own good.

Go here now if you want to be a part of the resistance. GOA (Gun Owners of America) NO COMPROMISE.

The NRA is 2nd best.

The big question you must ask yourself is, would you cooperate. This law is; after all, is for your own good. The government is just here to help. They do know what's best for you don't they?

They just want to know if you are a gun owner, how many guns and how much ammo do you own and where exactly are your guns and ammo being stored in your home so they can come in and inspect at will, your storage facilities.

The Supreme Court has found that; felons and other criminals cannot be required to register themselves as owners nor register their arms. That is the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.

Therefore, only lawful owners and lawfully owned firearms can be required to be registered.

Something to ponder.

Recent comments from gun forums.

Comment #1) For the most part, folks would comply. After all it really is just a small inconvenience. The government would never abuse the law.

Comment #2) Probably hold off a bit. Just to see how, and what, happens. I certainly wouldn't rush to do it.

Comment #3) Honestly, I would probably cooperate with such a law if that was what was necessary for me to be armed.

Comment #4) In NYS you have to register all your handguns when you purchase them so that's a gimme. Well at least law abiding people do. As for my rifles and shotguns I don't think I would until really pressured. Well maybe I'd tell them I had one each then. After hiding all the others away somewhere.

Wait just a damn minute here! I can't believe what I am reading here. Let me check the medicine cabinet. . . . .

Nope. No hallucinogenic drugs in there. No siree!

Licensing? Are you freaking kidding? Just go ahead and give them the guns now and save them the step of having to come to your home to get them.

For Christ's sake, why not just white out the Second Amendment right now. Take your guns down to the reclaiming shredder like a good citizen. After all, You want to be a good citizen, don't you?

Don't be any trouble, don't risk anything. For God's sake, a BB gun? What the H. E. double hockey sticks were you thinking. You could put an eye out with the that, don'tcha know.

I really can see a trend here. Now I am kinda getting the feeling for how the Lone Ranger felt.

Holy cow, I just called the BATFE and had them pick up all of my BB guns and slingshots too. While I was at it, I anticipated a law banning all knives over 1 inch long and turned in my kitchen utensils too. Heck, there was a very sharp spatula in there.

I feel better now.

Licensing seems harmless at first, Like a car or bicycle perhaps. (Licensing in these two examples and others; like class III weapons, is just a simple tax. Period.) Then they decide that you require special insurance in a nod to AIG or you need special qualifications, training etc. to qualify. What are you using them for.

You don't really need to keep the guns at your home, they would be safer at the “Department of Public Safety” “DPS” or some other acronym. They are then confiscated or you are forced to store them at the Department of Public Safety. A misnomer if ever I heard one. Maybe your not mentally sound enough to own a firearm. How about mental health certification (80 million of them).

Of course older folks are subject to Alzheimer's and other debilitating diseases, so you loose your license at a certain age. Getting a gun owners license is now a privilege rather than a right, (the 2nd Amendment is gone) so it gets worse. Why, do you need a license? Why do you need a gun.

The eye is on you now. Are you a bonafide member of a "sanctioned" group, gun range or shooting club? Sorry, your license no longer qualifies you to store your guns at home. How can this happen? Especially in America? "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." (Edmund Burke)

Sound like something out of a SciFi movie? Not in England or Australia. That is just how it is and now they are starting on knives as well.

Vigilance and Action.
